Perhaps the most difficult transition I had to make in my life was leaving the comfort of my job to start the Computer Warehouse Group, now CWG Plc. I was perceived as one of the upwardly mobile executives in my former company. The company was doing very well and was regarded as one of the most outstanding IT firms then.
